Join the mission of bringing health equity to immigrant communities across the Washington Metropolitan area. LCDP provides various health resources and community outreach from mental health services, clinical, and language access.
2. Donate: Casa Chirilagua
Casa Chirilagua | Ongoing
Casa Chirilagua is based in Alexandria, VA and strives to empower the Latino population. With long-term programming for children and adults, they seek to provide education, skills, and a community for immigrant families.
3. Read: The Undocumented Americans
The Undocumented Americans | Ongoing
Karla Cornejo Villavicencio draws on the experiences of DACA recipients like herself as well as other undocumented workers in America to highlight the plight of DACA recipients.
4. Listen: Resettled
Resettled | Ongoing
Hosted by Ahmed Badr, a writer and Iraqi refugee, this podcast dives into the everyday life stories of refugees in Virginia and their reflections.

Enjoy the grand opening of the art exhibition of An Immigrant’s Journey, created and presented by Rafael Rodriguez, an artist based in the DMV and who is from El Salvador. He will present his story and artwork during this free event. The display will continue to be featured on Thursdays and Sundays until April 14.
