Téa’s Coffee: DREAMers & Higher Education

Only 5-10% of DREAMers go to college each year, because most of them cannot access financial resources. DREAMers are banned from the federal government financial aid such as Pell grants, and there are several U.S. states that prohibit them from attending in-state tuition despite graduating high school in that state.
